W. Murray Sadler is a lawyer in Prince George, B.C., and was elected as the first president of the Interior University Society, an organization advocating the establishment of a full-status university in northern B.C. Sadler later served on the Implementation Planning Group and on the Interim Governing Council of the University of Northern British Columbia.
