The Vancouver School of Theology Archives acquires, preserves, and makes accessible to the VST community only: 1) the official records of the School, including official minutes of the Board of Governors and Senate (now Academic Policy Committee) and their committees, faculty and staff records, student records, financial records, and official records of the Principal, the Bursar (now Director of Operations and Personnel), the Registrar, and its other officers and employees, and 2) non-official records of the school, such as publications, printed programs, calendars, films, tapes, photographs and other material reflecting its history and activities. The Archives encourages donations to the School of the personal papers of its Principals, faculty members, students, alumnae, and friends, relating to its history and activities.
