The Richmond Artists Guild was formed on September 19, 1955. The Guild's objectives are to promote, encourage and appreciate art in the community; to create and exhibit works of art; to offer constructive criticism and to foster fellowship within the Guild. The Guild is affiliated with the Federation of Canadian Artists and is represented on various local arts and recreation councils and committees.
