The fonds consists of records of St. Ann's School, Douglas, which appear in the records of St. Ann's Hospital, Juneau, Alaska, the primary house of the Congregation in that area. Teachers at St. Ann's School are also mentioned in local records kept by St. Ann's Hospital, Douglas, as the Sisters shared the same convent quarters.

The few extant photos of St. Anns School (Douglas, Alaska) include an exterior image of the new school and the student body. There is one transparency of the students outside the school

The fonds consists of specific items, but the history and operational story of the school is intermingled with the development of St. Ann's Hospital and is found in local house documents : house chronicles, local accounts, visitations, and council books. Also includes Pupils Registers (1886-1960 incomplete), Boarders Accounts (1901-1911).

The collection is composed mainly of b&w photographs of the building, some of the Sisters and other staff, student groups, and various activities. Photographs show the school housed in part of old St. Anns Hospital.

The fonds consists of (Akulurak) script chronicles (1894-1898), historical reviews in French and English; (St. Mary's, Andreafski) correspondence, yearbooks, Yup'ik translations, script journals of village ministries, guest book, reference and subject files.

There are 2 b&w photographs: one of the mission, one of a young Akulurak family. Various photographs of the tundra are analogous of the area.

The collection consists of b&w photographs, coloured photographs, and about 14 pages of coloured transparencies, which depict local scenery, students, graduations, proms, travel, and various other activities. Some of the 1964 collection is attributed to Kenneth Stone, who photographed missions along the Yukon River that summer. The Agnes Marie, S.S.A. (Hanks) collection (St. Marys) consists mostly of transparencies.
