Biographical history

Pacific Coast Terminals Co. Ltd. devolved from the Fraser River Dock & Storage Co. of New Westminster, British Columbia, created by C. E. Lambson in 1924. Pacific Coast Terminals Co. Ltd. was incorporated in 1928 and all shares from the Fraser River Dock & Storage Co. were transferred to Pacific Coast Terminals Co. Ltd at that time.
