Scope & Content: Fonds consists of incoming and outgoing correspondence by the Festival Coordinator regarding festival planning, minutes and agendas of the Executive Committee, financial records and budget statements, reports and summaries for the 1997 and 1998 festivals, promotional and advertising materials including sample buttons, passports, brochures and informational memos and press releases distributed to media outlets and businesses, assorted public relations and promotional documents including fundraising and sponsorship reports and summaries, photographs from the festival and related newspaper clippings. Salmon Arm Grebe FestivalTitle is based on the submissions to the publication Salmon Arm Scrapbook. The fonds consists of submissions, a final draft, list of copied photographs, and correspondence. The fonds is divided into 32 series.
Salmon Arm MuseumThe collection consists of colour photographs and negatives of the Miss Coquitlam Pageant and related events from 1986 to 1988. The photographs feature the donor, Deborah Smyth, who was Miss Congeniality in 1986. The collection also includes some news clippings and a VHS tape containing a recording of the 1986 Miss Coquitlam Pageant.

Canadian Federation of University Women - CoquitlamThe fonds consists of records created and accumulated by Don Cunnings, documenting his involvement in sport and recreation in Coquitlam. The archivist arranged the fonds into two series. One series documents the activities of Cunnings during his tenure at the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department. The second series consists of personal and professional records accumulated by Cunnings, documenting his various professional positions for reference and posterity.
The records include photographs, newspaper clippings, newsletters, correspondence, recorded documentaries, two scrapbooks, and assorted textual records and ephemera.
Cunnings, DonThe collection consists largely of research materials and notes created in the preparation of Boire's book "With Hearts and Minds" published in 2016. The remainder of the collection consists of materials collected by Boire from Caisse Populaire Maillardville Credit Union, as well as accumulated material pertaining to Boire's involvement in several community initiatives, such as the Maillardville Residents' Association, Maillardville revitalization and planning, and Place Maillardville.
Materials include correspondence, photographs, administrative records, interviews, reports, handwritten notes, clippings, advertising and professional materials, newsletters, research materials, prints, postcards, ephemera, a map, embossing seals, a lid from a glass milk bottle, and other documents. The collection also includes a manuscript copy of "With Hearts and Minds."
Boire, Alain JosephFonds consists of records generated by staff and volunteers of the Vancouver Holocaust Education Centre in the planning and administration of exhibitions, school programs, commemorative events, symposia, communications as well as a resource centre. Fonds has been arranged into the following series: Exhibition records, Newsletters, Event programming records.
Vancouver Holocaust Centre Society for Education and RemembranceCollection consists primarily of records generated or used during the period of the Second World War by the Vilcsek family in Budapest, Hungary. These include vital statistics and personal records of the Vilcsek family, photographs, and postcards mailed to the family from Ernő Vilcsek while he was in a labour camp in Hungary. Collection also consists of artworks, several on the theme of the Holocaust, created by Eva Kero after her immigration to Vancouver, BC.
Collection has been arranged into three series: Correspondence (1942), Family records ([after 1881]–1949) and Artworks (1969–1971).
Vilcsek familyFonds consists of administrative records, collective meeting minutes, event documentation and outreach, program planning, publicity, as well as contact and correspondence files created by the First Nations Video Collective. Records primarily relate to special projects and initiatives carried out when San Dee Doxtdator was the coordinator for the Collective. Materials also include photographs and videos produced during the course the 1997 First Nations Intensive Video Production Course.

University of British Columbia PressThe fonds consists of minutes of the association from 1932 to 1974. The minutes document the decisions and activities of the association including elections, rules for competitions, organizing dances, fundraisers, competitions, and the annual gatherings. Minutes for March 1935 to early January, 1939 are missing.
British Columbia Pipers' AssociationFonds consists of records relating to the personal and academic life of Peter M. Buitenhuis. Activities, topics, and events documented include course planning and instruction; academic conference attendance and presentations; Buitenhuis's research, writing, and publications; his social life and relationships; and his death and memorial.

Women's Cultural ExchangeFonds consists of records created, received and collected in the process of publishing Makara magazine. Records reflect general operation, correspondence, production, and advertising. Includes correspondence, notes, distribution lists, articles, clippings, surveys, manuscripts, lay-out roughs, illustrations, press releases, contracts, promotional material and notes.
Makara MagazineThe fonds consists of records relating to activities of the School and its predecessors. Activities and events documented include the evolution of the department's structure, functions and governance; management of the School's budget and financial resources; management of School facilities; deliberations of School committees; correspondence of the Director with staff, faculty, other university departments and external organizations; curriculum development and course instruction; public-events programming; management of faculty and student relations; media relations, publicity and communications; and the organization of conferences and other special events.

Simon Fraser University GalleryThe Dance in Vancouver collection consists of interviews by Karen Greenhough with eight dance pioneers in British Columbia. The project was suggested by Greenhough's instructor, Iris Garland, SFU Professor of Dance, who obtained support through a Young Canada Works Grant.
The collection consists of seven interviews. Dancers interviewed include Kay Armstrong, Dorothy Hunter, Beth Lockhart, Grace MacDonald, June Roper, Josephine Slater, Dorothy Wilson, and Wynne Shaw. For one of the sessions, Greenhough interviewed two women (Dorothy Wilson and Wynne Shaw) at the same time.
Greenhough, KarenFonds consists of materials documenting mainly the personal life of the Halpern family but also includes some records relating to George's and Fanny's scientific and professional interests. Activities and topics documented include the Halperns' emigration to Canada, George's scientific research and business enterprises, his work with Brock House (a senior citizen's centre), Ida's community interests, and Fanny's medical career in China.
Halpern familyFonds consists of records relating to Braid's life and work as a student, teacher, carpenter, and writer.
The first five series from Braid's first donation in 1995 are comprised primarily of interview material relating to Canadian women in trades, in the form of sound recordings, transcripts, notes, and drafts of profiles generated by Kate Braid in the course of four projects: her Master's thesis (1978-1979); a convention in Holland and subsequent trip to Denmark (1984); the Labour Canada booklets (1988); and the CBC Ideas program (1990). Also includes some correspondence, logbooks and published reference material.
The next series from several additional accruals in 2009 to 2013 consist of records arising from many aspects of Braid's life. These records include drafts and notes from Braid's writing, projects for CBC Ideas, women in trades, her company, Sisters Construction, and other writing and teaching projects.
There is also a large series of correspondence, including letters and emails (printed out) between Braid and other writers, her family, and business correspondents. Finally, there is a series of Braid's diaries, which she has kept regularly from the 1960s to 2012.
