Fonds is divided into seven parts, which correspond to separate accessions. Records described in Parts I, II, and III fall into two main series: Major administrative records (1930-1988; predominant 1963-1988) and Secondary subject files (1961-1988). Part IV consists of a number of files that were retained at the Conference Office after the resignation of Arthur M. Anderson; most of these records date from Anderson’s period in office. Part VI relates primarily to the period of Brian Thorpe’s term, and includes one main series, Administrative and subject files (1987-1999). Part VII relates to primarily to Brian Thorpe and Debra Bowman’s terms, and consists of the following series: Administrative and subject files (1990-2003), Correspondence (1994-2001), and Executive and Division meetings (1995-2000).
