Fonds consists of the business records of the Government Agent's Office, from 1919-1965. Includes the 'Estates Wound Up' administrative ledger and log book used by various government agents, including Norm Schultz, to document the official distribution of provincially administered estates. Alphabetically arranged, each estate record gives the name of the deceased, the date and place of death, a listing of all personal effects (land, money, household goods), their values, the disposition of the effects, a listing of the funeral expenses, payment of the deceased's outstanding debts, and any estate settlement fees. Fonds also includes ephemera regarding estate auction sales and a photograph.

Fonds consists of the records compiled by Robert Hobson and members of the Greater Vernon Heritage Advisory Committee research team, from 1984-1986. Collected during the team's compilation of a heritage resource inventory of homes and buildings in the Greater Vernon area, the records include both original and copied materials dating from 1874-1986. The index book contains the alphabetical listing of the buyer names, plus the page number on the sale is found in the account book. In the sales account book, each page lists the buyer's name, the lot(s) sold, the sale price and interest rate, a schedule of balances payable, and dates of installment payments. Fonds also includes copies of correspondence sent to various purchasers in regard to accounts payable.

Fonds includes correspondence; personal journals and diaries; personal writings; educational and professional teaching records; personal data documents; examples of her artwork, tapestry designs, and architectural drawings; lists and inventories; newspaper articles and scrapbooks; ephemera; financial records; books and publications; and numerous audio and video cassettes. Fonds also includes the personal papers of Sveva's parents, Leone and Ofelia Caetani; her lifelong companion, Miss Juul; governess Miss White; and art teacher Andre Petroff. All records were collected and arranged by Sveva after the various creators' deaths.

Written sometime between 1925 and his death in 1940, the memoirs are a chronicle of Butters' life from early childhood in England, his years of travel around the world, and his settlement in the Okanagan Valley. The memoir is entitled "My Reason for Settling in the Okanagan" and was written by Butters in response to an invitation to speak before the Okanagan Historical Society.
