The fonds consists of the records of the Save St. Paul's Indian Church Society (1979-1989), the St. Paul's Indian Church Preservation Trust (1986-present) The records relate to the administrative activities of the Trust, a body that oversees the preservation of St. Paul's and the various restoration projects that took place in the 1980's, 1990's and 2000's. The photographic material primarily depict the restorations of the church, church exteriors and interiors, special events, and the people who were involved with the church. The fonds is arranged in two series. Series one is textual records. The textual material is arranged chronologically, from 1978 to 2013 inclusive. Materials include newspaper clippings, meeting minutes, annual reports, correspondence, drawings and plans. Series two is photographic material. It is arranged chronologically and covers the 1980's, 90's and early 2000's. Materials include photographic prints, postcards and slides.

Series consists of three sub-series: A. Biography files, [before 2000]; B. Subject files, [ca.1880-ca.2000]; C. Print material, 1854-2000. Biography files pertain to Bishop Edward Cridge and family and Church of Our Lord ministers and members. Print material sub-series includes five Bibles of past church members: the Cridge Family Bible, published 1854; the Frances Silver Bible, published 1868; the Laundy Family Bible, published 1890; the Olive Buckingham Bible, published 1933; and, the Rev. E. A. (Ted) Follows Bible, published 1993. All Bibles are inscribed and some are annotated.

This series consists of records that were original personal fonds and collections acquired and preserved by the Riverview Hospital Historical Society's during its existence. It contains the personal collections of nurses, doctors, general staff, British Columbia's first Provincial Botanist, and a patient at Riverview Hospital. Each file includes records such as study notes, photographs, ephemera, correspondence, newspaper clippings and pamphlets.

The series consists of 15 files, each corresponding to its original creator or donor: Ken Baker, Loretta Barnet, Ultan Patrick Byrne, Jean Campbell, Edna Colvin, John Davidson, Sheila Dumore, William Headridge, Alyce Hockin, Lois Kaldestad, Catherine Murray, Judy Pendry, Dorothy Pocock, Hazel Shepard, and Georgina Bernice Petty.
