Fonds consists of records created or received by Maureen Trotter through her work for the Quesnel Women’s Resource Centre, the Amata Transition House Society, the National Action Committee for the Status of Women, and other local advocacy campaigns and community projects. Records include organizational correspondence, lobbying correspondence, meeting minutes, financial statements, operational notes and manuals, internal policies, photocopied journal articles, literature reviews, research notes, grant proposals, government reports, strategic plans, campaign brochures, talking notes, petitions, newsletters, programming schedules, and contact information lists. Vancouver Holocaust Centre Society for Education and RemembranceThe fonds consists of minutes and occasional reports from Directors,1923-1944, 1950-1956, constitution & by-laws, balance sheets, 1926-1961 (incomplete), correspondence, membership lists and lists of subscribers, petty cash book, receipts and expenditures for Community Hall, records of sales of bonds, membership receipts, 1959-1962, lists of volunteer workers and visitors to the Park, and notes and copies of original documents compiled by J. E. Kingsley in the 1970s on the formation & early history of the Society. The fonds includes a map of the Community Park, 1955.
Parksville and District Community SocietyThe fonds is organized into three series. The first series consists of an inventory of articles held by the Company as well as a list of members, a roll call, a Certificate of Discharge (W.E. Banks), and a Purchase of Firearms Document (W.E Banks). The second series consists of a manual entitled “King’s Regulations and Orders for the Canadian Militia, 1939.” The third series is one map of government, logging and trail roads.

Walsh, SusanThe fonds consists of records made or received by the WDCAG and reflect the administration and operation of the organization. Includes correspondence, minutes, reports, newsletters and publications, and other documents.
Canadian Association of Geographers: Western DivisionThe fonds consists of correspondence and ledgers for the UBC Development Fund (1957-1958) and its successor the Tri-Universities Capital Fund (1958-1976).
University of British Columbia. Resources OfficeFonds consists of records documenting the programs and activities of the Radio Society / CiTR (including DISCORDER), including textual records and sound recordings of a variety of programs, radio plays, campus events, public service announcements, photographs of the radio studio and from different events, and advertisements produced by the Radio Society for broadcast on its station (CYVR/CiTR) or affiliated radio stations. In addition, the fonds includes recordings of interviews conducted on behalf of the Alma Mater society relating to its art collection. Fonds also consists of materials related to the administration of the radio station including information about licensing, executive meetings, policies, job descriptions, and staff training.
University of British Columbia. Radio SocietyFonds consists of laboratory manuals published by the UBC Department of Physics between 1949 and 1966 (most dated 1957-1962); mimeographed hand-outs for experiments and other assignments; hand-written lecture notes; and a 1944 Canadian Army physics laboratory manual. Many of the manuals are annotated. The manuals are bound, but the notes and hand-outs are loose; all have been placed in acid-free folders. They are arranged by course number, and then chronologically; unnumbered materials, and folders containing unsorted material from various courses, were placed at the end.
Fonds also includes promotional materials, many of which relate specifically to the Department of Physics at university-wide Open Houses, annual reports from the Department of Physics, notes made by Professor John Warren regarding x-rays and particle physics, as well as photographs taken of individuals, groups, and events related to the Department of Physics.
