Earlier documents include boiler plate information about elected officials and department heads while later documents provide statistics and other information about the municipality as well as a selection of photographs in a few cases.
Corporation of the District of CoquitlamThe series consists of the Annual Reports, Statements of Financial Information, and Consolidated Financial Statements for 1992 to 2018. The Annual Reports vary slightly throughout the years but generally include a civic directory, a message from the Mayor, a Treasurer's report, an Auditor's report, maps, photographs, an organization chart, and financial statements. For the years 1994 to 2002, and 2008-2009 the series includes the Annual Report and a separate Statement of Financial Information. For the years 2010-2013 the series includes Consolidated Financial Statements.
City of CoquitlamCollection consists of records gathered or purchased by Peter N. Moogk as a result of his interest in Second World War history. Records document the Holocaust era in Europe, in particular the Netherlands under the German occupation government. Collection has been divided into the following series: Photographs ([193-]–194-]; 1981); Posters (1940–1946); Postcards ([193-]–[194-]); Correspondence (1934–1987); Clippings and ephemera (1933–1945), Publications (1933–1945), Personal and military records series (1935–1945), Artefacts (1935–[1945]), Currency (1922–1945) and Declaratory documents (1770, 1772).
The fonds consists of the records of David H. Flaherty created throughout his professional and private life. They include project research files relating to his work with Canadian and international privacy issues during his time at the University of Western Ontario from 1972 to 1987; teaching and lecture files on early American history, and American and Canadian legal and constitutional history from his time at Princeton, the University of Virginia and the University of Western Ontario from 1963 to 1991; and his personal files including diaries, correspondence, photographs and subject files from 1949 to 2005, including those from his time as the Information and Privacy Commissioner of British Columbia. Within each series, the files are arranged roughly by date. The personal files have been divided by Flaherty into open and restricted files.

Citizens Assembly on Electoral ReformFonds consists primarily of incoming correspondence addressed to Hawthornthwaite in his capacity as a Member of the Legislative Assembly from his constituents and other residents of British Columbia. The fonds contains a file consisting of legislative bills, resolutions, and acts tabled during Hawthornthwaite's tenure in the Provincial Parliament and other records that Hawthornthwaite made or received in the course of his service to the people of Nanaimo, as well as published records of the legislative assembly of British Columbia for the years 1909 and 1910. The fonds also contains: a certificate for Hawthornthwaite's share in the Western Socialist Publishing Company which published The Western Clarion, the newspaper of the Socialist Party of British Columbia; a postcard depicting Joseph Mairs, one of Hawthornthwaite's contemporaries in the Socialist Party of Canada; and a copy of a book titled The changing order: A study of democracy, given to Hawthornthwaite by his friend Harry Sibble.

Hope, Chairman of the Langley Centennial Committee, on Sunday, April 27th, 1958, the "Centennial Day of Prayer". Collection also includes 3 promotional postcards outlining the history of Fort Langley, each in their original commemorative envelopes post-marked at Fort Langley, B.C., May 8th, 1958.
