Flett, AlfredCollection consists of maps and plans of the University campus and of the University Endowment Lands (now Pacific Spirit Park). The collection was started by UBC Library and is now continued by the UBC Archives. The collection is arranged in several series. Maps are filed, depending on their dimensions, in either map cabinets or vertical files.
The collection consists of an assortment of cartographic materials concerning Northern B.C. Included are topographic maps, pre-emptor’s and preliminary maps, physiographic maps, and resource (geological, game, etc.) maps.
Northern BC Archives & Special CollectionsThe collection consists of photographs, negatives, slides, and textual records related to Virginia Kimmett's work as a photogapher in Prince Rupert. It includes portraits, wedding photos, landscapes, commercial work with ICBC claims, and brochures.
Kimmett, VirginiaThe collection consists of settlement maps (including townsite and subdivision plans), land use maps, street maps, logging and forest road maps, mineral claim maps, railroad and rights-of-way maps, real estate maps, recreational maps (including parks), and other maps of communities and areas in the Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District.
The fonds consists of photographs of the Pioneer Street village (Esquimalt, B.C.) and of the Point Ellice Bridge disaster. Fonds includes a map relating to the expropriation of Esquimalt Village during World War II.

The fonds consists of photographs depicting the Cawston family, scenes of Hedley, and residents of Hedley and area (Similkameen Valley). Fonds includes a collection of photographs of Bill Miner accumulated by Vera Cawston.

The collection consists of copy prints and negatives created and assembled by Ken Young as a research project which he did as a student at the University of British Columbia. The collection consists of copies of original photographs taken of the Delta area of British Columbia between 1880 and 1950, including buildings and street scenes in Ladner, Port Guichon, Westham Island, and Annieville, as well as some scenes of Victoria. The collection includes photographs of family homes, barns, businesses, ferries and boats, as well as formal portraits, social scenes, and photographs of people at work fishing, farming, and in the milk and fish canneries. Also included are family trees, correspondence, and clippings.
The collection consists of photographs of Kimberley and area, including Marysville, the Sullivan Mine, and Chapman Camp, depicting individuals, families, and community groups; personnel, facilities, and operations of the Sullivan Mine; community events and activities; sports activities in the area (including curling, skiing, and ice hockey); and, general scenes.
