City of Kaslo fonds

The fonds consists of correspondence, assessment and collectors rolls, records of tax sales, municipal election records, certificates, licences, receipts, legal agreements, debenture certificates and power and water records. The fonds includes records of the Police Court, Kaslo School, and the Johnson's Landing School Board as well as plans relating to waterworks, the golf course, and proposed community facilities.

St. Ann's Academy (Victoria, B.C.) fonds

The fonds consists of textual records of the St. Ann's Academy local house, including four sous-fonds. The first two belong to the Superior and the Bursar; the third was generated by the Commercial Department of the school; and the fourth belongs to the Treasurer who kept the accounts of the St. Ann's Secondary School next door to the Academy in the 1960s and 1970s. Each of these officers maintained records in the course of their respective duties until the Academy and secondary school were finally closed and all activities ceased by 1975. Given that the primary function of this local house was education, the fonds consists mainly of school records as well as some house accounts, and other records. The school records and even general house records tend to follow the pattern of the school year from August/September to June/July. Records divide into series and sometimes subseries of files. They include account books known by their French name comptes-rendus, student registers, receipts and expenses, boarders' accounts, commercial accounts, day scholar accounts, payroll ledgers, council minutes, names and addresses of students, alumni records, and other miscellaneous material.

Local Bursar sous-fonds

The sous-fonds consists of six series of records, including School register of pupils, Names and address registers, General Day Books, General Ledgers, Payroll Ledgers, Reddition annuelle des comptes, Sisters Accounts, Student Accounts, and Miscellaneous. Though the position of Local Bursar ended in 1971, several series continue until all accounts were completely closed out in 1975. The financial records tend to reflect the school cycle beginning in August/September and ending in July.

Fonds consists of Baptism, marriage and burial records (1887-1941); Subscriptions (1914-1925); School registers (1888-1911); and Extra-curricular group records (1934-1935). The missionary subscription lists include those of the Lower Fraser Circuit for the period 1914-1920, mainly listing subscriptions from the Coqualeetza Institute. Also, there are a few records of marriages in the civil register that took place in Alberni, B.C., most likely at the Alberni Indian Residential School.

Coral Topping fonds

The fonds consists of manuscripts of Topping's articles and reports in the fields of sociology and criminology; drafts of his stories and poetry; examples of questionnaires and other material from his research projects; and scrapbooks and other autobiographical materials. The records include manuscripts, correspondence, forms, and clippings and other published materials.

Crofton House Administration Office fonds

The fonds consists of records generated by six of the seven Headmistresses of Crofton House (Miss Jessie Gordon has no extant records): Sara E.G. MacDonald, Ellen K. Bryan, Muriel Bedford-Jones, Rosalind W. Addison, Barbara Emmerson, and Barbara M. Walker. Other series include correspondence and reports from the Registrar's office, an extensive thematic filing system from the Office Manager, and financial records from the Bursar's office such as the General Ledgers and budgets. The Office of the Registrar series also includes student records. The Administration Office fonds is a rich source of information about the everyday occurrences of the school at any given time.
