The fonds includes photographs not reproduced in the thesis, and transcriptions of interviews with members of the Chinese community that include recollections of family, neighbours, neighbourhoods, and local businesses.

The missionary subscription lists include those of the Lower Fraser Circuit for the period 1914-1920, mainly listing subscriptions from the Coqualeetza Institute. Also, there are a few records of marriages in the civil register that took place in Alberni, B.C., most likely at the Alberni Indian Residential School.

Bryan, Muriel Bedford-Jones, Rosalind W. Addison, Barbara Emmerson, and Barbara M. Walker. Other series include correspondence and reports from the Registrar's office, an extensive thematic filing system from the Office Manager, and financial records from the Bursar's office such as the General Ledgers and budgets. The Office of the Registrar series also includes student records. The Administration Office fonds is a rich source of information about the everyday occurrences of the school at any given time.
