Bowen Island School Reunion CommitteeThe Riverview Hospital Historical Society collection consists of the records collected and maintained by the Riverview Hospital Historical Society (RHHS). Through their museum and library, the RHHS acquired and stewarded records documenting the history of Riverview Hospital, the British Columbia School of Psychiatric Nursing, and the history of psychiatric care in British Columbia.
The collection consists of a range of documentary forms, including: reports, theses, newspaper clippings, newsletters, publications, correspondence, manuals, plans and drawings, directories, inventories, procedures, programmes, annuals, invitations, motion pictures, personal narratives, staff lists, minutes, study notes, scrapbooks, ephemera, and photographs depicting aspects of social and administrative life at the hospital and school.

School of Psychiatric NursingThe fonds consists of records pertaining to the development and administration of the Como Lake Preschool from its inception in 1952 through to its dissolution in 2011. The fonds consists of committee meeting minutes, administrative records, newsletters, procedural handbooks, photographs, promotional materials, and a leather-bound history of the preschool. Coquitlam Teacher-Librarians' AssociationFonds consists of a ledger and photocopies of William Ladner's crown grants to land in Delta. The ledger was used for several purposes between 1870 and 1887 which reflect some of the several roles William played in the community: farmer, school district trustee, and police magistrate. The ledger contains copies of minutes of meetings of Trenant School District trustees held in 1874, the earliest existing records for the Delta school district.
Ladner, William HenryThe collection consists of slides and photographs of the Glenrose Cannery and St. Mungo Archaeological digs, and staff and drawings of the St. Mungo archaeological site. The material was used as a display at a talk on the archaeological digs given by W. Hastings in 1983.
Fonds consists of a minute book recording the major activities and decisions of the Delta Junior-Senior High School Parents and Teachers Association.
Delta Junior-Senior High School Parents and Teachers AssociationThe collection consists of 39 copy negatives with 93 matching slides of Delta pioneers, schools and historical locations in Delta, and five cassette tapes of interviews with Delta pioneers conducted by grade five students of Holly Elementary School in Delta. The collection is the result of a centennial year project called "Those Were the Days" carried out by the students under the direction of their teacher Mr. G. Johnson. Photographs include copies of historical images as well as contemporary portraits and scenes. A project list of the images is available. People interviewed for the project were: Murray Davie, Tony and May Lagemaat, Jean Atkinson, Bertha Reynolds, John and Warrena Nottingham, Edith Bell, Mrs. Ellis Telfer, Mrs. Albert Weaver, Ed Vidulich and Dominic Bussanich.
The fonds consists of photographs of Miss Jean McDiarmid's students at Inverholme School and at Delta Central School, her home nursing notes and newsclipping from the Delta Optimist of the King George V High School reunion.
McDiarmid, JeanFonds consists of textual and photographic material related to the Reagh family. The textual material consists of two papers regarding genealogical research conducted on Jessie Belcher's family. The first is entitled "The Wassell Family", was written by Wassell Randolph, with a forward added by Jessie Belcher, as well as a page indicating references to her mother's family. The second, which investigates the life of Elizabeth Wedgwood Hawksworth, Jessie Belcher's great-great-great paternal grandmother, was written by Mrs. Belcher herself and is entitled "Who Are You?". Another manuscript entitled "Reflection of Delta Central School" records Mrs. Belcher's memories of Delta Central School and includes anecdotes about teachers, classmates, and school activities. Mrs. Belcher attended the school in the 1930s. The textual records also contain advertising material including monthly calendars from Fisher's Drug And Book Store (1923), envelopes from Ladner United Sunday School, Mc & Mc Department Stores, the Ladner Studio, and a greeting card from Home Oil Distributors Limited. Another file contains greeting cards, an invitation to the opening of the No. 18 Elementary Flying Training School, Boundary Bay, and a name tag for a Graduate Dance for the Air Force, which Jessie Reagh attended in 1941. The tag is "part of wing of plane which cracked up on Sea Island." The file also contains a "Coronation 1937", a booklet prepared by the Department of Education and presented to elementary and high school children in the province. Jessie Reagh wrote an inscription in the centre of the booklet which includes the names of her teachers and classmates. Also included in the textual material are two books, "The New Canadian Hymnal" (1922), and the "Canadian Reader" (1931). The photographs include seven black and white photographs related to the Reagh family.

Tolman, PhyllisThe fonds consists primarily of records created and received by the Secretary-Treasurer of the Board of School Trustees, and therefore are largely related to the functions of this office, which include: keeping records of all meetings; all matters of finance, the operation and maintenance of buildings, the maintenance of furniture and equipment; and all purchases required by the Board, as well as stocks of supplies and merchandise. Records were originally arranged in accordance with these functions, and this order has been maintained or restored.
