Bigg, Andy, 1915-The fonds consists of 696 letters (photocopies only) written by Gallerie Dominion agents (primarily Max Stern) discussing Hughes' artwork. The subjects include plans for paintings and sketching trips, and sales transactions for Hughes' works. The letters document the role of the gallery as sole agent of Hughes' work, and Hughes' artistic development.
