Boire, Alain JosephThe series relates to Boire's involvement with several community organizations and initiatives in Maillardville. Firstly, it encompasses the records of Boire's time with the Maillardville Residents' Association (MRA), on its Maillardville revitalization and planning Task Force, which was instrumental for advocating for development activities. The series also contains records about the development of Place Maillardville, the Coquitlam Heritage Society, as well as the Vancity Maillardville Advisory Committee. Lastly, the series contains fliers, ephemera, and articles about events in Maillardville, including the Festival du Bois, and the 2009 Maillardville centenary.

The collection consists of colour photographs and negatives of the Miss Coquitlam Pageant and related events from 1986 to 1988. Cunnings, DonThe series consists of records created and accumulated by Cunnings and reflect his personal and professional interests. These records were accumulated by Cunnings for the purposes of reference and posterity rather than documenting the activities of the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department during his tenure.
The personal records consist of a letter of appointment as well as a selection of documentaries used by Cunnings as reference. His professional records contain photographs, ephemera, and correspondence generated in the course of Cunnings' positions as a gymnastics teacher at Our Lady of Lourdes, the Division Head of Essondale's Crease Clinic Recreation Therapy Department, and as a founding member of Coquitlam Search and Rescue (SAR).

Canadian Federation of University Women - CoquitlamThe fonds consists of a complete set of minutes, financial records, and programmes that describe the Society's operations between 1925 and 1935. The fonds also includes programmes for earlier musical groups such as the Glee Club, Male Choir, and Patriotic Choir, and the 1919 minutes for the Glee Club. The fonds includes the incorporation documents drawn up in 1935. Photographs of some of the productions are also part of the fonds. Ellis Ladner's research notes and extracts from book reviews, materials collected and edited by T. Ellis Ladner's daughter, Edna Ladner, and shorthand notes for T. Ellis' father, Thomas Ladner.
