Sous-fonds consists of handwritten and printed material of episcopal acts; confirmation register (1880-1893); confirmation lists (1910-1995); correspondence (pastoral and occasional letters of Bishop Somerville); declarations of obedience; lay readers' licenses; reports (relating to Poverty in Canada, Church Army in Canada, Canadian Interfaith Work, Human Sexuality); pamphlets, printed material on a variety of issues; clippings. Includes the Notarial Act of the Consecration of Rev. A. W. Sillitoe as Bishop of the Diocese of New Westminster and the Commendatory Letter of the Archbishop of Canterbury to define the boundaries of the Diocese, 1879. Includes also a list of episcopal visits (Adam Urias de Pencier, Douglas W. Hambidge) to the parishes in the Diocese with the numbers of candidates confirmed in each parish and a list of dedication of churches (1884-1920).

Series consists of property records, legal records, financial records, correspondence relating to property sales and mortgages, deeds of land. Includes a printed copy of the "Act to constitute the Bishops of British Columbia, Caledonia and New Westminster Corporations sole", as well as a printed copy of the New Westminster municipality by-law 1248, that enabled Bishop Adam U. de Pencier to acquire land for the purpose of a cemetery (1930). The agreement is known as "The Church of England Cemetery by-law 1930". Other legal records include mortgage payment agreements between Synod and Eldentrand Stroining (1980), Svend Aage Bach and Marie Immacolata (1981), and Mary Ann Dickhoff (1984). Includes also copies of mortgage agreements between the Diocese of New Westminster and the Society for the Property of Gospel (1913, 1915, 1923, 1924). Includes a list of parishes incorporations (1896 - 1931), bylaws relating to parishes' incorporations, a handwritten copy of the incorporation act of St. Thomas Chilliwack parish (1896). Series consists also of records relating to the following funds and trusts: E. Disney Farmer Memorial fund, J.C. Wetherell Estate trust, Rev. H. Bell-Irving Memorial fund, Bishops Endowment fund.

Fonds consists of constitution and by-laws; vital statistics records; minutes, reports and correspondence; legal records; financial records; membership lists, lists of campers and staff; Leaders' Camp records; Girls' Leaders records; schedules of camp activities; manuscript poems, stories and plays' camp newspapers; historical reference material, printed material; architectural sketches of campsite; and poster. Includes general ledgers (1981-1987); Sunday service registers (1925-1947); Baptisms Register (1945-1947); minutes and correspondence of Board of Management sub-committees. Fonds includes also records of Artaban Bursary Association which financially assisted students attending Anglican Theological College of B.C (1939-1960).
