The fonds consists of 37 mounted photographs from an album, as well as 5 loose photographs. The photographs were likely taken by Edward Fawcett between 1894 and 1902 when members of the Fawcett family were establishing themselves in British Columbia. The photographs consist of family members and homes, friends and recreational outings in Victoria, Delta and Vancouver; interior and exterior shots of the Victoria drugstore; and scenes of travelling through the mountains by train. Several photographs show early activities and scenes in Ladner, particularly the winter flood of 1895.

Atkey family fonds

Fonds consists of photographs of scenes and people in and around the Ladner/Delta area (from ca. 1918-1923), students and teachers in the Delta Central School and Ladner Elementary School (ca. 1918-1923) and photographs of the Atkey family and friends. Fonds also includes one book, Webster's School and Office Dictionary (1914) and one pen and ink drawing by Ken Atkey.

Bates family fonds

The fonds consists largely of reference material, photographs, and memorabilia collected by Frances Bates as a result of her interest in Delta history and her participation in the founding of the Delta Museum. The fonds also contains records from the operation of the Bates' farm, and correspondence dealing with the expropriation of the farm by the provincial government for the Roberts Bank development. Bell family fonds

The Bell family fonds is arranged in three sous-fonds: Edith Bell sous-fonds, Edward Bell sous-fonds, and Harry Bell sous-fonds. Edith Bell's records include diaries, scrapbooks and photographs of family and community events as well as records pertaining to her membership in various organizations including the Imperial Order Daughter of the Empire. Edward Bell's records consist of business papers, particularly land records and wills. Harry Bell's records are personal records related to the Bell family. Through photographs, cartographic material, and textual records, the records document not only the Bell family, but much of the community of Delta. Edith Bell's records provide insight into Delta social affairs and families, while Edward Bell's business records reveal economic and social change as it is documented in land transactions.

Bertha Reynolds fonds

The fonds consists of photographs and records of Bertha Reynold's family and her activities as teacher, secretary of the British and Foreign Bible Society, and historian for the Delta Museum Society. The fonds contains Delta Pioneer Record Sheets for 93 families in Delta, B.C. They list the names of Delta families and their members. Information includes: dates of births, location of birth, date of marriages, location of marriage, date of burial, location of burial, grandchildren, and reminiscences. Also included are newspaper articles containing additional information on some of the families, and photographs of family and street scenes, mostly in Delta. The fonds also contains miscellaneous records of Ladner families and a notebook of newspaper clippings of the Delta Board of Trade (1934-36). Family activities on the farm are documented in photographs. The fonds also consists of six notebooks containing minutes, clippings and literature pertaining to the British and Foreign Bible Society from 1936-1977.

The collection consists of slides and photographs of the Glenrose Cannery and St. Mungo Archaeological digs, and staff and drawings of the St. Mungo archaeological site. The material was used as a display at a talk on the archaeological digs given by W. Hastings in 1983.

The fonds consists primarily of records created and received by the Secretary-Treasurer of the Board of School Trustees, and therefore are largely related to the functions of this office, which include: keeping records of all meetings; all matters of finance, the operation and maintenance of buildings, the maintenance of furniture and equipment; and all purchases required by the Board, as well as stocks of supplies and merchandise. Records were originally arranged in accordance with these functions, and this order has been maintained or restored. The fonds consists of a Boy Scouts "Troop Record Book" in which are recorded the names of the members of two patrols of a Ladner scout troop and its financial records for 1916. Reverend Garbett was its leader. A gap occurs in the book until 1934 when the troop is reconstituted as the 1st Ladner Boy Scout Troop. The Troop Record Book records members' attendance and fees paid until 1942. The fonds also includes receipts for membership and applications for membership, 1938-1939; and records of boys' names and addresses and tests passed, 1935-1938.

Collection created by Brent Nielson for a school assignment about the history and architecture of the building at 4858 Delta Street. The building was used as the Delta Municipal Hall form 1913 to 1969, and subsequently operated at the Delta Museum and Archives. The collection includes a 16 page report submitted to the Delta Museum & Archives by Brent Nielson. The paper includes a brief history of the building (errors are present in author's narrative), construction/restoration, floor plans, Ladner fire insurance plan, photographs, and bibliography & sources. Photographs include copies of historical prints obtained from the Delta Museum & Archives, and photographs of the exterior and interior of the building in 1988.

The fonds consists of administrative records from the British Columbia Assessment Authority and the Corporation of Delta. The fonds consists of correspondence, the majority of which is concerned with the confirmation of lease contracts by private citizens, corporations, and the Corporation of Delta. Here the lease contract is summarized and includes location and size of lot, length of lease, and rental cost. Other correspondence includes requests for information on clarification of lease contracts, tax assessment, status of other properties, and land survey reports. Also, there are lists of foreshore leases, survey plans, survey maps, two examination sketches, and copies of lease contracts.

The fonds consists of records generated by the operation of the Brunswick Cannery on Canoe Pass from 1897 to 1926, under the ownership of the Brunswick Cannery Company, and after 1902, under the ownership of the British Columbia Packers Association and British Columbia Fishing and Packing Company Ltd. The fonds also includes records belonging to the Anglo American Canning Company Ltd. probably because the company's president, Francis Griffin Bell, became the manager of Brunswick Cannery for the Association in 1902. The fonds includes licenses, contracts, financial and fishermen's records generated by daily operations, plant inventories, and correspondence. The records are not complete. The records reflect its operation as a branch of the British Columbia Packers Association and therefore give insight into the operation of the Association. The fonds has been arranged into 9 series: annual reports, correspondence, financial records, fishermen's records, Francis G. Bell family records, legal records, miscellaneous material, personnel records, and plant inventories.
