Congregation Emanu-ElFonds pertains to the operations, programs, and congregational, heritage and community activities of the Church of Our Lord from its founding in 1874 until the present. The fonds consists of six series:

II. Ministry and programs series, 1874-2008, ca.2.5 m of textual records and photographs (worship services, marriages, baptisms, confirmations, burials, Sunday School, missions and outreach, publications, fellowship, gatherings and events)
III. Committees and groups series, 1920-2008, 65 cm of textual records (youth groups, women’s groups, the Missionary Guild, other committees and groups).

Church of Our LordFonds consists of material documenting early BC Jewish history. Fonds is arranged into two series: Congregation Emanu-El manuscripts; and Letters from Abraham Blackman to his brother Morris, Jewish merchants in colonial British Columbia.
Keenlyside, JohnThe Riverview Hospital Historical Society collection consists of the records collected and maintained by the Riverview Hospital Historical Society (RHHS). Through their museum and library, the RHHS acquired and stewarded records documenting the history of Riverview Hospital, the British Columbia School of Psychiatric Nursing, and the history of psychiatric care in British Columbia.
The collection consists of a range of documentary forms, including: reports, theses, newspaper clippings, newsletters, publications, correspondence, manuals, plans and drawings, directories, inventories, procedures, programmes, annuals, invitations, motion pictures, personal narratives, staff lists, minutes, study notes, scrapbooks, ephemera, and photographs depicting aspects of social and administrative life at the hospital and school.

Conway with the majority relating to the design, engineering, and construction of Lions Gate Bridge. The material includes handwritten diaries, booklets, reports, photographs, maps, a personal business card, and Christmas card showing Lions Gate Bridge.

United Church of Canada Women's Organizations (Salmon Arm, B.C.)Fonds consists of ten photograph albums compiled and annotated by May Ellingsen. The albums contain both original and reproduced photographs of Cortes Island and nearby islands, including Twin Islands and Hernando Island. They are accompanied by captions and additional textual information such as pre-emption records, reminiscences and newspaper clippings. Most of the photographs date from the early decades of the 20th century, depicting homes and buildings, pioneer families, community activities, schools, wharves, boats, logging and marine activity. Baker, RonThe fonds consists of records created and accumulated by Don Cunnings, documenting his involvement in sport and recreation in Coquitlam. The archivist arranged the fonds into two series. One series documents the activities of Cunnings during his tenure at the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department. The second series consists of personal and professional records accumulated by Cunnings, documenting his various professional positions for reference and posterity.
