Fonds pertains to the Reformed Episcopal Church in Canada, the United States and England (known as the Free Church of England). The fonds consists of four series:
I. General Synod of the Reformed Episcopal Church of Canada (annual reports, correspondence, constitutions and canons, legal cases and general information, ca.70 cm;
II. Diocese of Western Canada (annual reports, records of individual churchs), ca.150 cm;
III. Free Church of England (yearbooks 1928-1993, and publications), ca.25 cm;
IV. Reformed Episcopal Church USA (newsletters, pamphlets, constitution and canons, general information), ca.25 cm.
The largest portion of the fonds consists of the records of St. Paul's Reformed Episcopal Church, New Westminster, which was from 1883 to 2002. The St. Paul's REC sub-series includes marriage, baptism and burial registers, Vestry records, records of womens groups, scrapbooks and other material.
The fonds consists of lists of death and burial records of Chinese persons in Victoria, BC, 1902-1923; Chinese deceased in Canada, 1937; leave permits issued to the Chinese Hospital in Vancouver, Victoria, and other areas of B.C., 1908-1909; donation and fundraising records, subscription booklets, records of income and expenditures, receipts, Free Miners Certificates, national bonds, 1884-1912; population data; correspondence from the Commander in Shanghai, 1932; minutes of the Chinese Public School; correspondence regarding donations for victims of famines, droughts, and floods in China, and booklets recording donations; records of the Chinese Hospital, including report books on patients, doctor order books and consultation forms, 1956-1976.
The death and burial records series, 1902-1923 consists of: medical certificates of death for Chinese persons in Victoria, BC; and burial permits for Chinese persons in Victoria, BC, including permits issued by the Chinese Benevolent Cemetery Company.
Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association (Victoria, B.C.)Series consists of three sub-series: A. Biography files, [before 2000]; B. Subject files, [ca.1880-ca.2000]; C. Print material, 1854-2000. Biography files pertain to Bishop Edward Cridge and family and Church of Our Lord ministers and members. Print material sub-series includes five Bibles of past church members: the Cridge Family Bible, published 1854; the Frances Silver Bible, published 1868; the Laundy Family Bible, published 1890; the Olive Buckingham Bible, published 1933; and, the Rev. E. A. (Ted) Follows Bible, published 1993. All Bibles are inscribed and some are annotated.
Fonds consists of a single volume containing minutes of the trustees, 1876-1900.
Methodist Indian Mission Church (Victoria, BC)Series consists of four sub-series: A. Vestry records, 1874-1996; B. Annual meeting records, 1962-2009; C. Administrative files, 1927-[ca.2000]; Financial records, 1874-1998.
Vestry records are minute books, Board minutes and other records. Administrative files include correspondence, membership files, secretary’s files, office and general files. Financial records are cash and account books, ledger and general files.
Series consists of six sub-series: A. Services, 1895-2004; B. Marriage, baptism, confirmation and burial, 1874-2008; C. Sunday School, 1924-1939, 1989; D. Missions and outreach, 1975-1999; E. Publications, 1930-2003; F. Fellowship gatherings, after 1947, predominant after 1990.
Services sub-series includes bulletins, sermons, registers, service records and lectionary bible.
Missions and outreach series includes both local and international initiatives. Publications are directories and newsletters.
Fonds consists of material documenting early BC Jewish history. Fonds is arranged into two series: Congregation Emanu-El manuscripts; and Letters from Abraham Blackman to his brother Morris, Jewish merchants in colonial British Columbia.
Keenlyside, JohnFonds pertains to the operations, programs, and congregational, heritage and community activities of the Church of Our Lord from its founding in 1874 until the present. The fonds consists of six series:

Palmer, CharlesThe fonds consists of 6 files of research material used in the production of Sedgwick's master of arts thesis concerning the Chinese community in Victoria, B.C.: The Context of Economic Change and Continuity in an Urban Overseas Chinese Community. The fonds includes photographs not reproduced in the thesis, and transcriptions of interviews with members of the Chinese community that include recollections of family, neighbours, neighbourhoods, and local businesses.

Fonds includes items such as wages for seal skins, itemized list of purchases for sealing trips, correspondence, and lists of vessels, position and dates of service.
Grant, CharlesThe fonds consists of photographs of the crossing the line ceremony on the S.F. Tolmie under heavy seas, and other crew in general. Fonds includes certificate to Frankham in the ceremony and a sound recording of an interview with Frankham describing the voyage to Sidney, Australia, in 1922 aboard the S.F. Tolmie.
