Moscrip, Enes, 1928-The fonds consists of one series of material created by Ernest Burnett in his capacity as mayor: in particular, as a member of the Delta Centennial Committee, which held its meetings in Council chambers. Mr. Burnett's copies of the Committee minutes constitute one series of the fonds. A second series of material includes material Mr. Burnett created as treasurer of the Delta Agricultural Society. This series includes financial statements (1950-1954), and racing programs for Paterson Park (1962-1968). The final series in this fonds consists of one file containing a program for the "Freedom Ceremony" celebrating Delta's 90th Anniversary (1969), and a promotional newspaper entitled "Delta Election '71 News". which promotes the "Delta Team" of municipal candidates including incumbent Mayor Dugald Morrison, Alderman Doug Watkins, Ernie Burnett, and Harold Savage.

Langley Centennial Committee (1967)Collection consists of correspondence and notes, compiled by Fred Taylor, related to the City of Nanaimo's acquisition of an old steam coal mine whistle from Air Chime Manufacturing Company. The coal mine whistle was blown every day in Nanaimo to announce shift changes and other mining related events. Includes a report on chain of title of various local mining companies and council minutes relating to Fred Taylor's role as negotiator of the whistle's return to Nanaimo. Also includes two photographs of Fred Taylor and Mayor Gary Korpan with whistle.

Draper, Horace, 1925-Collection consists of an 8 mm silent film of 1950s and 1960s Pitt Meadows Day celebrations as well as a VHS copy of the same. This collection also contains several photographs of Royal parties and various events surrounding the day. Also in the collection are records created by the Pitt Meadows Day Committee including two cash books for the years 1959 to 1989, minutes from 1970 to 1979 and miscellaneous papers for the 1980s and early 1990s, correspondence, programs, and ephemera.

McEwen, MargaretThe series consists of photographs predominantly depicting aspects of social and administrative life at Riverview Hospital and the School of Psychiatric Nursing as well as and Colony Farm. The photographs in the series portray the everyday social life of Riverview Hospital staff and volunteers as well as events, meetings, gatherings, and kinds of work they undertook. Additionally the series depicts scenes of Riverview Hospital's many buildings in varying states of completion, portraits of prize winning livestock (Holstein cattle, Clydesdale and Belgian horses), scenes during periods of flooding at Colony Farm, and equipment, vehicles, and technology used by the Hospital.
The glass plate negatives in Subseries 01 and 04 are known to have been taken by W.J. Moore, a prominent Vancouver photographer. It is possible that the entire collection was taken by W.J. Moore, although it has not been possible to confirm. Some photographs in Subseries 02 are thought to depict the Provincial Hospital for the Insane in New Westminster. Photographs in Subseries 04 are also thought to depict the Dominion Experimental Farm in Agassiz, B.C.
Record types consists largely of silver gelatin negatives in large format cellulose acetate sheets and cellulose acetate film strips. The subseries also contains a collection of glass plate negatives, chromogenic colour negative film strips and large format sheets, silver gelatin DOP prints, a photograph album, and a scrapbook.
The series consists of one videocassette featuring the entire broadcast of the Miss Coquitlam pageant from 1986.
The series consists of colour and black and white photographic prints, negatives and digital photographs on CD of events and celebrations held by or participated in by the Caisse Populaire/Village Credit Union.
