As per an email message dated 09-12-97 the Chair of the committee was to sit on the new Administrative Council of the University. The committee is made up of 5 staff members, as well as 2 Ex-Officio (non-voting) members. The latter two were identified in 1997 as "The Director of Personnel" and the "President or Executive Assistant to the President."
