One bank book contains the debits and credits of the association's Bank of Montreal account. No explanations for all incoming and outgoing monies are listed. The second book is for the Association's CIBC account. This book is set up like an account ledger, separating various categories in order to track the monies collected and spent through each. Includes accounts for the rental of commercial space, advertising, car ticket sales, gate receipts, program sales, treasury chest accounts, miscellaneous expenses, and food concessions.

Inspired by the Vernon Diamond Jubilee Celebrations in 1952, Mrs. Blankley's reminiscences document various events and activities which took place in Lavington, patterns of settlement in the area, the changing political structures, as well as her personal views about the people and area of Lavington.

The daily account books list the buyer's name, the quantity and type of product being purchased, prices, and the form of payment (cash or credit account). The credit ledger contains the detailed credit accounts of individual customers, and lists dates of purchases and payments on account, balances, and credit standings (good, bad or overdue).

Fonds consists of the records and photographs of Barbara Bass Waters (mother of Barbara Isobel Morris) from [1880-1915]. Includes two journals written by B.B. Waters, consisting of her personal remininences and a listing of family marriages, births and deaths. Also includes 13 loose photographs and 1 photo album of approximately 80 photographs detailing the daily life and activities of the Waters family while living at Thornbury and Kilmington Rectories.

In addition, the diary follows the lives and events in the community of Spallumcheen at the turn of the century.
