The fonds consists of the following series: Briefs relating to Indian arts and welfare, 1942-1958; Correspondence relating to general subjects, arts and crafts, B.C. and Canadian government departments, and native organizations, 1961-1972; Financial records, 1948-83; Governance records, including constitution, general, executive and committee minutes and reports, 1951-1981; Publications, 1947-1981; Visitors' Book, 1950-1983; Newspaper clipping scrapbooks, 1946-1971; and the Ravenhill Copper plaque, donated by Ravenhill in 1952, and awarded three times between 1956-1959.

Fong, DickmanThe collection consists of a memoir written in 1999 and data collected by Richard H. Yamanaka concerning the history of Japanese people in Prince Rupert from 1907 to 1942. It includes 2 computer discs and an eight-page copy of his memoir. There are also 5 photographs of Japanese people in Prince Rupert and the interior of Yamanaka's Grocery Store on 3rd Avenue West.
Yamanaka, Richard H.The fonds consists of one album of photographs taken by Sage between September 1945 and August 1946 at a relocation camp near Tashme, B.C. where she was a social worker. The photographs include general views of the scenery, individuals and groups and some smaller buildings. In addition to the camp shots, there are also pictures of Japanese Canadians preparing for relocation. The album also includes a newspaper clipping, post card and a typescript article about the Tashme Camp. The fonds also includes a small body of correspondence written by Margaret Sage to her parents Walter and Nelda Sage and to her brother Donald (1945/46).

Nihei, John KumajiThe fonds consists of photographs created by Ronnie Tessler from 1986 to 1987 documenting a canoe project by the Nisga’a carver Norman Tait. The project was abandoned in the summer of 1987, and the canoe was left uncompleted. The photographs depict models for the canoe, transportation of the log for the canoe to the Museum of Anthropology, ceremonies performed throughout the project, and various stages of work on the canoe and model. Additional photographs from the same period depict a totem pole raising at Capilano Mall in North Vancouver and portraits of Les Baker, a model Tait wanted to use for a “white man” mask.
Tessler, RonnieThe fonds consists of records which document Edgar Wickberg's research on Chinese land tenure systems and rural society, and the history of Chinese communities overseas.
