Carlson, Helen ValentineCollection was developed by the Rev. John Goodfellow, an amateur church historian who also served on the BC Conference Archives and Historical Committee from 1925 to 1950. He collected information from various sources about the early history of the United Church and its founding partners (Congregational, Methodist, and Presbyterian churches) in British Columbia. It include correspondence, essays, schedules, programs, ephemera notes and a significant number of photographs. These records are primarily related to the Morely School, the Coqueeletza School and the Port Alberni Residential School, as well as the Nakoda (Stoney) Nation.
Telfer, JeanThe fonds consists of one album of photographs taken by Sage between September 1945 and August 1946 at a relocation camp near Tashme, B.C. where she was a social worker. The photographs include general views of the scenery, individuals and groups and some smaller buildings. In addition to the camp shots, there are also pictures of Japanese Canadians preparing for relocation. The album also includes a newspaper clipping, post card and a typescript article about the Tashme Camp. The fonds also includes a small body of correspondence written by Margaret Sage to her parents Walter and Nelda Sage and to her brother Donald (1945/46).

Mohan, OMI, Sister St. Martin, and students L. Pierce, Robert Armstrong, Christel Geissler, L. Lyons, Jeanine Dumas, Marlene Dumas, Donald Hansen, Bill Smith, Douglas Letourneau, Kathy Saunders, Sharon Wingham, and Anna Juby. It names the First Communion class of 1955 as well as the graduation class, and discusses the Knights of the Alter (alter boys), Brownies, and Little League Baseball.

Vancouver Inner City Service ProjectFonds consists of records relating to the Playfair Park Mother's Group's activities at Playfair Park in Saanich from 1951 to 1974. Fonds includes administrative records, financial records, correspondence, and a scrapbook relating to Playfair Park (1948-1951) and Reynolds Park (1951-1956).

Boy Scouts AssociationThe collection consists of 39 copy negatives with 93 matching slides of Delta pioneers, schools and historical locations in Delta, and five cassette tapes of interviews with Delta pioneers conducted by grade five students of Holly Elementary School in Delta. The collection is the result of a centennial year project called "Those Were the Days" carried out by the students under the direction of their teacher Mr. G. Johnson. Photographs include copies of historical images as well as contemporary portraits and scenes. A project list of the images is available. People interviewed for the project were: Murray Davie, Tony and May Lagemaat, Jean Atkinson, Bertha Reynolds, John and Warrena Nottingham, Edith Bell, Mrs. Ellis Telfer, Mrs. Albert Weaver, Ed Vidulich and Dominic Bussanich.

The fourth series consists of family photographs and artefacts belonging to the Morishita family. The fifth series consists of papers and artefacts belonging to the Morishita children. And the sixth series consists of papers and artefacts belonging to the Ebisuzaki family.

Bowen Island PreschoolThe fonds of the SFU Childcare Society consists of records made or received in the course of administering the Society and its predecessor bodies and providing facilities, personnel and funding for childcare programs. The bulk of the material ranges from 1968 to the early 1990s. Activities documented include meetings of the various societies and centres established to provide childcare services; obtaining license agreements with the University; securing collective agreements with staff; planning for child care services; construction of buildings; correspondence and liaison with government officials and university administrators; and providing information to parents and staff.
