Coral Topping fonds

The fonds consists of manuscripts of Topping's articles and reports in the fields of sociology and criminology; drafts of his stories and poetry; examples of questionnaires and other material from his research projects; and scrapbooks and other autobiographical materials. The records include manuscripts, correspondence, forms, and clippings and other published materials.

The fonds consists of hand-written notes as well as published articles relating to artists in Canada between the early 17th century and the late 20th century. The fonds also consists of copies of correspondence between artists, as well as Walkers own correspondence with artists and the artistic world in general, both inside and outside Canada. The fonds also includes copies of programs from productions at the Frederic Wood Theatre (1964-1991).

The fonds consists of manuscripts, galleys, page proofs and paste-ups relating to the publication of Prism International. In addition, the fonds includes route sheets and correspondence produced during the selection of submissions for inclusion in the Journal. The bulk of this material is arranged chronologically by volume and issue number. Also included are financial statements and correspondence relating to the marketing and production of the Journal and records from Prism International Press. Fonds organized into four series: Administrative/financial records series (1957-1994), Prism International volume-issue series (1958-1995), Prism International Press (1966-1971), and Correspondence (1964-1984).

Fonds consists of correspondence, review articles, and published materials. both general (1974-80) and in relation to her involvement with the SF issue of "Room of One's Own" (1979-80). There are also records arising from Wood's participation in the "Pacific Northwest Review of Books" and copies of review articles (1977-78). Also included are materials (predominantly printed) from "Crossing Frontiers", a 1978 conference which brought together Canadian and American literary scholars, historians and writers to discuss comparative literature from the two "wests".

It also contains manuscripts by students, materials related to musician and composer Michael Zilber, Department of Creative Writing administrative records as well as various UBC committee records.
The fonds is divided into five series: Manuscripts, Screenplays, Monologues series (1950-1999); Administrative and Teaching Materials series (1964-1989); Personal Materials series (1950-1997); Photographs series (1947-1989); and Audiovisual Materials series (196?-1985).
