St. Ann's Academy (Victoria, B.C.) scrapbook collection

The collection consists of scrapbooks put together by various sisters through the years, recording religious subjects, clergy, significant events, or items of interest to the sisters and students at St. Ann's Academy. Sister Mary Theodore took a keen interest in history and was predominantly responsible for the creation of most of the scrapbooks.

The collection consists of images of the area, exteriors of the school at different stages, interiors, students, staff, activities, and the 1981 reunion. Collection includes images of St. Mary's School, Ladysmith.

St. Martin's Hospital (Oliver, B.C.) photograph collection

The photographic collection includes images of the First Board of Management (1942), area views, photographs of the exterior and interior of the building, staff, friends, activities, and noteworthy events. Various photographs were taken to record the progress of the building, the opening of various departments, and the current staff members.

St. Mary's Hospital (Dawson, Y.T.) photograph collection

Images record changes in the area and buildings, show improvements of the grounds, and recall significant hospital and civic events. Other b & w photographs are of hospital personnel, visitors, residents. Some coloured transparencies are included in the collection.

The collection consists of formal and informal photographs of the area, exterior and interior views of the buildings, staff and students, school activities, such as, graduations, sports events, receptions, and the like. There are large photographs of outdoor gatherings, including that of the Canadian Federation of Convent Alumnae (1948).

The collection consists of b&w images of the building, the chapel, staff, visitors, and various activities involving the residents. The Sisters kept particular photographs to record significant events.

Sacred Heart School (Prince George, B.C.) photograph collection

The collection comprises b&w photographs of the area, buildings, and incomplete sets of class pictures. Coloured transparencies are mostly of the area. The album records school activities primarily. The images are records of conditions the Sisters met in 1949 and are remembrances of subsequent encounters and events.

The collection has images of the Vancouver area, early buildings, Sisters and students, First Communion pictures (groups and individuals), sports groups, graduation pictures, and Commercial Class graduates and trophies record changes through the years. Many photographs have complete identification.

Collection consists of area images, buildings, students and staff, especially of the St. Anns Boys School era. A subgroup of photos, related to the Providence Community activities, has been received.

St. Mary's Mission (Andreafski, Alaska) photograph collection

The collection consists of b&w photographs, coloured photographs, and about 14 pages of coloured transparencies, which depict local scenery, students, graduations, proms, travel, and various other activities. Some of the 1964 collection is attributed to Kenneth Stone, who photographed missions along the Yukon River that summer. The Agnes Marie, S.S.A. (Hanks) collection (St. Marys) consists mostly of transparencies.
