The fonds consists of a ledger relating to the Woodlands Water Grocery, 1946-1947; business licences from the District of North Vancouver, 1954-1962; information re: prices of goods, examples of labels on shelves of the Grocery, photographs of the old store taken in 1973. Some items and publications were transferred to the library. Two maps were transferred to the map collection, the photographs were transferred to the photograph collection.

Also included are photographs and negatives (almost all black and white) documenting geology, the landscape, travel, people and the community. The majority of photographs were taken by him, and others were collected from unidentified sources. Included are 12 photograph albums.

Sweeny (family)Fonds consists of colour photographs with negatives. Most are of houses, although photographs of churches, apartment buildings, and any business with house or home are included. Photographs are mounted on 4x6 cards. 801 of the photographs are accompanied by information about the house and/or its residents. In 243 the information was provided by the residents themselves, while other information was researched by Suzanne Wilson and Jim Lawrence. Participants added family, pet, flower, house and area photos and house and personal histories they hand wrote or typed themselves. Suzanne Wilson also took numerous family photos. A video depicts three events in this project. Participants who completed the project were given a Thank You Certificate, and bookmark. Those who gave the suggested $3 donation also received a receipt. Research binders gathered in the course of this project are also included. Subsequently to this project Suzanne Wilson has continued to take photographs, including photographs of buildings slated for demolition, the Versatile Pacific Shipyards site, churches, and grocery stores.

The photographic material primarily depict the restorations of the church, church exteriors and interiors, special events, and the people who were involved with the church. The fonds is arranged in two series. Series one is textual records. The textual material is arranged chronologically, from 1978 to 2013 inclusive. Materials include newspaper clippings, meeting minutes, annual reports, correspondence, drawings and plans. Series two is photographic material. It is arranged chronologically and covers the 1980's, 90's and early 2000's. Materials include photographic prints, postcards and slides.
