The collection includes photographs of maritime vessels of World War I and World War II vintage, Royal Navy vessels, and naval officers.
The collection consists of 91 volumes of log books of North Pacific sealing vessels detailing crews, seals taken and hunting area; 9 volumes of Entrance and Clearance logs for Burrard Inlet, Nanaimo and Victoria (1872-1889), and other assorted records relating to maritime activities.
