Langley Social Credit Women's AuxiliaryFonds consists of seven series: handbooks series, 1976-1978; financial records series, 1972-1974; scrapbooks series, 1967-1978, which includes one scrapbook of newspaper clippings, handbooks, initiations, announcements, newsletters, and photographs; conferences series, 1967, which includes records created when the Club was initially organized; membership applications series, 1967-1979, activities series, 1971-1973, which includes records that document various interests and activities engaged in by members of the Club; and ephemeral series, which includes an undated constitution from the Cloverdale-Langley University womens Club, and an undated and unsigned certificate admitting the Langley-Surrey University Womens Club into The Canadian federation of University Women.

Langley Agricultural AssociationFonds consists of records created by the Hopeline District Womens Institute including minutes of meetings for the Hopeline District Womens Institute and earlier coalitions 1953-1997, cash books for 1960-1998, 1992-1997 conference registration information, 11972-1985 membership lists, 1987 declaration of Womens Institute Week by the Hopeline District Womens Institute, slides, 2 audio cassettes containing interviews done in 1985 with Stella Welch, and the 1964 constitution and certificate of incorporation. There are materials related to the Womens Institute Heritage Club such as a 1941-1942 scrapbook entitled Womens Institute scrapbook vol. III, a Womens Institute Heritage Club scrapbook/album 1963-1987, and essays and newspaper clippings 1940-1960 detailing the history of the Institute, particularly in the Fraser valley area. There are minutes of meetings of the Douglas District Womens Institute 1984-1997 along with a roll call for Douglas District 1954-1986, and cash books for the Douglas District 1953-1976 and1986-1998. There is also a minute book, 1931-1932, from the Coghlau Womens Institute.
Hopeline District Women's InstituteFonds consists of four series: minutes of meetings series from the Fort Langley Womens Institute, from the Flower Show Committee of the Fort Langley Womens Institute, 1923-1928, and from the South Fraser District Board of Womens Institutes of which the Fort Langley Womens Institute was a part of, 1923-1944; correspondence, 1929-1959, between members of the Institute, the Institute with other Womens Institutes, and with the general public; ephemeral series which includes an handbook and poems; and the activities series, 1940-1944, which includes records that document the Fort Langley Womens Institutes participation in agricultural training programmes and V Bundles (also known as British Bundles).
