The journals detail Alice's life from the time of her arrival in the Spallumcheen in 1891, through her courtship, marriage and life with Harold Parke, as well as follow the settlement and evolution of the townships of Vernon, Spallumcheen, Armstrong, Coldstream and Enderby.

Fonds consists of the records of the BC Dragoons from 1914-2000. Includes war diaries from WWI and WWII, minutes, general administrative records, correspondence, financial and legal documents, personnel records, reports, information about various military exercises and social events, newsletters and circulars, training and technical manuals, maps and architectural drawings, ephemera and photographs. Also included in the fonds are records of the various squadron messes, the Whizzbang Association, the Unit Fund Committee, and the BCD Historical Society. The records document the evolution of the BC Dragoons from a small cavalry unit in World War I, their stint as the 9th Armoured regiment during World War II, to their present position of reserve militia for the Canadian Armed Forces. The records also document the Canadian war efforts both in Canada and overseas, as well as the regiment's activities (military exercises, community activities, the establishment of a museum) during the ensuing years of peace.

Fonds consists of the business records of the B.C. General Development Syndicate Ltd. from 1910-1922. Includes a report (1922) containing all legal and financial documents needed to transfer receivership of the Syndicate's holding to J.T. Mutrie. The report was compiled by Crease & Crease barristers, on behalf of Messrs Hoare, bankers of London and representatives of the syndicate's English shareholders. Anxious to receive repayment on loans and debentures made to the syndicate, the shareholders voted to put the syndicate into receivership. The documents within the report date from 1910-1922, and have been organized, numbered and bound together. Although the majority of the report focuses on the financial status of the Stepney Ranch (the principal holding of the syndicate), the report also contains mortgages, debentures, financial statements, and memos concerning many of their other properties and holdings. Fonds also includes a blueprint of the Stepney Ranch, with possible subdivisions marked in red.

Fonds consists of a series of scrapbooks collected by C.W. Morrow which detail his political career and the activities of the Legislative Assembly of B.C. from 1946-1966. The scrapbooks are chronologically arranged from 1946-1952 and 1963-1966. Either compiled by Morrow or his staff, the scrapbooks contain newspaper articles and clippings, invitations, programs, legislative documents, some correspondence, photographs and financial records pertaining to Morrow and his work. Some of the subjects documented within the scrapbooks include the appointment of Nancy Hodges, the first female Speaker of the B.C. Provincial House (1950), and the gas price wars in 1963-1965. Fonds also includes a four page testimonial (1972), honouring Morrow's retirement from the bench.
