The fonds consists of a Boy Scouts "Troop Record Book" in which are recorded the names of the members of two patrols of a Ladner scout troop and its financial records for 1916. Reverend Garbett was its leader. A gap occurs in the book until 1934 when the troop is reconstituted as the 1st Ladner Boy Scout Troop. The building was used as the Delta Municipal Hall form 1913 to 1969, and subsequently operated at the Delta Museum and Archives.
