The fonds consists primarily of formal studio portraits of the Blair family and its extended family (Bridge family, Dimand family, Howse family, Paterson family, Slater family, McConnell family, Rorison family and Agnes Webster) between 1900 and 1956. The subjects of the photographs include private ceremonies, weddings, schools, teachers and pioneers.

The fonds consists of records related to the early cannery acquisitions of the Anglo-British Columbia Packing Company. Records are related to the acquisition of Phoenix Cannery, Britannia Cannery, a cannery belonging to E.A. Wadhams and a cannery at Annieville, and include inventories, conveyances, trade mark agreements, fire insurance policies, bills of sales, labels and various agreements and letters of negotiation. Also included is a Register of Deeds and a ledger containing information about A.B.C. Packing Company property and water rights, licences and insurance rates. Records are arranged in three series: 1. Cannery acquisition records; 2. Register of Deeds; 3. Company information ledger.

Fonds consists of photographs collected by Audrey Wylie that document aspects of the lives of various of her family members, including her father Sam Gilmore, her mother Gertie Gilmore (nee Kidd) and Gertie's sisters, her uncle Les Gilmore and her brother Boyd Gilmore. Photographs include images of her father and uncle during World War 1, and of her brother during World War 2. Also included are images of farming activities, of English School, and of lacrosse games.

Collection consists of one file containing a bound volume of the proceedings at the Court of Appeal between the plaintiff, David Hobson, and the defendant being the Corporation of the Township of Richmond. The Appeal Book contains the documentation gathered to support the plaintiff's claim against the defendant for damages through the flooding and overflow of water onto his property, official court documents and transcripts, as well as five photographs that illustrate the damage to the plaintiff's lands on Lulu Island.

This collection consists of the oral histories of 25 women who were born in Latin American countries and have settled in British Columbia's Lower Mainland since the 1970's. It includes 33 original sound cassettes and one set of copies of the interviews, 25 Spanish transcripts, 25 English transcripts, interviewee consent forms, and a 31-page coil-bound booklet which describes the project and provides brief biographies.

I.O.D.E. scrapbooks

The fonds consists of scrapbooks compiled by the Imperial Order of the Daughters of the Empire, Richmond Chapter, covering the years 1947-1967 and 1967-1973. The scrapbooks chronicle the chapter's activities and interests, and provide information on the executive and members for the given years. The scrapbooks contain photographs, newspaper clippings, historical notes, event programs and memorabilia. The photographs depict IODE members, social events, parade floats, and various places in the community such as the Town Hall, cenotaph, and Lansdowne Park Racetrack.

The fonds consists primarily of administrative records of the Rich-Del Toastmasters Club, including minutes of regular and executive meetings, correspondence, membership records, records related to club management, and a small amount of financial records. Also included are club, regional and international newsletters. From the club's inception in 1974 until 1980 clear recordkeeping procedures were followed. Although the system broke down somewhat after 1980, it has been restored by the archivist during processing. In accordance with the early system, 7 series have been established: 1. Organizational records; 2. Minutes; 3. Correspondence; 4. Membership records; 5. Financial records; 6. Reports; 7. Newsletters and news clippings.
