The fonds consists of constitution, minutes, correspondence, financial statements, annual reports, membership lists, ledger books, family registers, and subject files. The minutes, correspondence and other materials reflect the efforts of the Conference of Mennonites in developing the churches and their ministry in the province, as well as their ministry worldwide. Fonds incorporates records of the Bethel Bible Institute, the Bethel Youth Hostel, and family registers for parishes in Abbotsford, Armstrong, Black Creek, Coghlan, Mission City, Sardis, Vancouver and Yarrow.

The collection consists of documents and photographs intentionally assembled collection of discrete items documenting the following areas: the occupational pursuits of B.C. and Yukon Jewry; the organized religious life of Jews in B.C.; leisure activities; and the membership and good works of organizations formed to aid and represent the Jewish community, such as the National Council of Jewish Women. There is also a wide range of individual and family portraits, and photographs of headstones.

Fonds consists of the following record series: Interview recordings and transcripts (1970-1979); and United Church History Seekers minutes, reports, and correspondence (1970-1979); and Photographs (1959-1978). Includes 11 recordings and transcripts of interviews conducted by archivist Marilyn Harrison; these recordings existed prior to the Heritage Alive project, but were subsumed by the project.
