Fonds consists of records documenting the programs and activities of the Radio Society / CiTR (including DISCORDER), including textual records and sound recordings of a variety of programs, radio plays, campus events, public service announcements, photographs of the radio studio and from different events, and advertisements produced by the Radio Society for broadcast on its station (CYVR/CiTR) or affiliated radio stations. In addition, the fonds includes recordings of interviews conducted on behalf of the Alma Mater society relating to its art collection. There are procedural manuals, permits and licenses, invitations, a constitution, application forms for grants and nominees for the B.C. Senior Award, which include resumes or curricula vitae and letters of recommendation. A few records and a photograph album, which belonged to the Brock family, were retained by the Brock House Society.

The Women's Research Centre fonds consists of eleven series. The records deal with various aspects of women's lives and focus on racial, class, and gendered issues such as pay equity, women in the labour force, sexual harassment, immigration and the gendered effects of cultural transition, isolation, women's health and the Tobacco Industry, wife battering, sexual assault, and the strengths and weaknesses of women's shelters, women and the law, political responses to women's situation, and the development of strategies for changing women's lives. In addition, the Women's Research Centre fonds contains administrative records of the organization. Multiple-media records were created and used by the Women's Research Centre in the course of their research such as textual records, canvass banners, publications, maps, newspapers and newspaper clippings. Records generated by the National Council for Jewish Women Canada are included as the policies, procedures and activities of the local branch influenced, and were influenced by the larger administrative body. The records were generated by members of the Board of Directors and members at large. Series 1, minutes, contains a fairly complete record of proceedings from the 1950s to the 1990s while earlier minutes may be found embedded in Series 3, President’s subject files and Series 12, Program, project and subject files.
