Fonds consists of diaries kept by Arthur Thomas Bushby while travelling to and from the Kootenays in 1864 and 1874.
Bushby, Arthur Thomas, 1835-1875Fonds consists of records relating to the Rev. Edward White’s ministry in southern Ontario and British Columbia. Fonds also includes records relating to his son, J.H. White, and his family. Record series include: Diaries (1852-1918); Family correspondence (1862-1932); J.H. White family photographs ([1870?]-[1967]); and Reference materials (1852-1995).
White, Edward (Rev.)Fonds consists of formal correspondence between the Associated Boards of Trade and external organizations. Included with this correspondence are financial records, usually receipts for money sent to an organization.
Associated Boards of Trade of the Fraser ValleyFonds consists of the following record series: Sermons ([between 1898 and 1946]); Correspondence ([between 1898 and 1946]), and Manuscripts ([between 1898 and 1946]).
Fong, DickmanThe fonds consists of the photographs Frank Goodship took during his employment at the British Columbian newspaper. Many of these photographs were published in the newspaper. A search of the newspaper has provided additional information about these photos. In these cases, the date of the paper and the page number on which it appeared has been noted in the scope and content. The exact captions have usually not been added but all names of individuals given by the paper have been included. Please not that not all photographs are available online. In many cases, a number of simliar shots were taken for the same shoot. In these cases, the archives has chosen what it thinks the best and most representative shots. The other photos may be viewed at the archives. The fonds has been divided into five series.

Bartling, HedwigFonds consists of records of the Association. Series included are: Advertising, Market closure, Newsletters and meeting notes, Centennial Ball, Constitution and bylaws, and Operations.
Market Vendors' Association (New Westminster B.C.)The collection consists of approx. 640 photographic prints used for the "Coquitlam 100 Years: Reflections of the Past" publication produced by the District of Coquitlam in 1991. The collection also includes the transcripts of interviews used in the publication as well as the administrative files of the Pioneer Tales of Coquitlam Committee and various publications and pamphlets used for contextual information for the book.

United Church of Canada. Westminster PresbyteryFonds pertains to the Reformed Episcopal Church in Canada, the United States and England (known as the Free Church of England). The fonds consists of four series:
I. General Synod of the Reformed Episcopal Church of Canada (annual reports, correspondence, constitutions and canons, legal cases and general information, ca.70 cm;
II. Diocese of Western Canada (annual reports, records of individual churchs), ca.150 cm;
III. Free Church of England (yearbooks 1928-1993, and publications), ca.25 cm;
IV. Reformed Episcopal Church USA (newsletters, pamphlets, constitution and canons, general information), ca.25 cm.
The largest portion of the fonds consists of the records of St. Paul's Reformed Episcopal Church, New Westminster, which was from 1883 to 2002. The St. Paul's REC sub-series includes marriage, baptism and burial registers, Vestry records, records of womens groups, scrapbooks and other material.
Fonds is arranged into three series: Administrative and operational records; Newspaper clippings; Photographs and audio/visual.
Burquest Jewish Community AssociationThe fonds consists of photographs taken for the various Black Press publications in the Lower Mainland, including the Tri-City News. It also includes microfilm reels containing copies of the newspaper from 1985-1986 as well as several special editions in print form. The collection also includes bound volumes of the Tri-City News covering the years 1990 until 2000.
Black PressThe fonds consists of the operational records of the Coquitlam Teacher Librarians' Association from 1964 to 2017. The records include the constitution, meeting minutes, grant and funding information, award information, statistics, contacts lists, and records relating to annual conferences.
Coquitlam Teacher-Librarians' AssociationThe Riverview Hospital Historical Society collection consists of the records collected and maintained by the Riverview Hospital Historical Society (RHHS). Through their museum and library, the RHHS acquired and stewarded records documenting the history of Riverview Hospital, the British Columbia School of Psychiatric Nursing, and the history of psychiatric care in British Columbia.
The collection consists of a range of documentary forms, including: reports, theses, newspaper clippings, newsletters, publications, correspondence, manuals, plans and drawings, directories, inventories, procedures, programmes, annuals, invitations, motion pictures, personal narratives, staff lists, minutes, study notes, scrapbooks, ephemera, and photographs depicting aspects of social and administrative life at the hospital and school.
The collection is arranged into ten series that reflect original collections maintained by the RHHS, and are organized by media type or content. See the Arrangement note below for more information.
British Columbia. School of Psychiatric NursingFonds consists of the by-laws of the organization, a list of directors, and a balance sheet. The balance sheet lists a property located at Lot Nine of City Block Twenty-Nine.
Chinese Old Man's Home (New Westminster, BC)The fonds consists of a collection of reference files created by Columbian staff members over a number of years. The files were accessed by staff members to provide information about a given person or subject. The content of these files is predominately black and white photographic prints and associated newspaper clippings. There are also other types of documents in the files such as pamphlets, circulars, assignment sheets, and memos. The fonds contains five series: People Files, Subject Files, and Sports Files, Sports Mug Shots, and New Westminster Today Photos. These records are sorted alphabetically except for the New Westminster Today photos which are filed chronologically.
Columbian CompanyThe fonds consists of the following series: minutes of the meetings of the NWCBS; the Society's financial records, the Chinese Hospital records; fundraising records; general records of the Society; published material in the form of newspapers, magazines, pictorials, as well as classroom textbooks.
New Westminster Chinese Benevolent SocietyCollection consists of newspaper clippings, annuals and other student publications, minutes, scrapbooks, visitor books, and photographs. The collection is arranged into series that pertain to specific schools or colleges as well as several general series. There are over 11,000 items in the collection.
Public Education collection (New Westminster, B.C.)The records of the S.O.S.B.A.L.I.C.191 were compiled during the period of their regular business meetings. Apart from the bound minute books which span the years continuously from 1899 to 1993, the records were in no apparent order upon arrival at the archives.;The fonds also include a trophy signature record book dated 1976-1983 and two cloth badges. In addition, there are photographs that were taken in the 1960's. Please note that four postcard photographs contained in the photograph collection with accession no's. IHP730504/5and IHP801045/7 under the archival headings of Excursions and Groups are also available for viewing.;A wooden laser printed plaque with an inscription to William Robertson celebrating his one hundredth birthday is also in this fonds.;In total there are three series: minutes, trophy signature records and photographs. All material has been arranged chronologically to reflect the natural record accumulation over time and to facilitate easy access.

Scott PaperThe fonds consists of specifications for work on various ships and docks as well as tenders and agreements involving the shipyard. Several financial records, magazines, and manuals as well as a yard plan for the shipyard are also a part of the fonds.
Star Shipyard (Mercer's)The fonds consists of a 2-page manuscript "A Brief History of the B.C. Provincial Police", a daily journal (1899-1907) for an unidentified detachment of the British Columbia Provincial Police compiled by Otway Wilkie and describing police activities in the Fraser Valley, a journal (1937) compiled by Constable S.M. Millar of the Barkerville Detachment describing police activities in the Barkerville and Wells area, and a daily journal (1906-1911) of the New Westminster office, blank BCPP stationery, 2 copies of the BCPP Regulations (1924, 1937), and 2 issues of the "Shoulder Strap", the BCPP journal. Fonds also consists of detailed records of the BCPP's Langley, B.C. Police Department, primarily compiled by Police Chiefs Robert Macklin and C.Y. Robertson, including ledgers containing records of cases and dispositions (1924-1927, 1934, 1939-1942), Provincial Police Court records (1912, 1924-1925, 1942-1954), semi-annual reports to the Langley Board of Police Commissioners (1925, 1937-1939), minutes of the Langley Board of Police Commissioners (1912-1938), a 1935 citation for a medal awarded to R. Macklin by His Majesty the King, and a 1932 petition to the Police Commissioners of the Municipality of Langley requesting reconsideration in the matter of the Police Chief.
