The collection consists of a timetable for the Canadian Northern Pacific Railway, Port Mann to Hope, from 1915, a copy of an article from an English newspaper on the launch of its bonds by the Canadian Pacific Railway in 1871 [1971], and an undated list of railroads which ran through Langley, B.C., at one time.

Collection also includes examples of official tax assessment forms (1907), court cases appealing tax assessments (1906), and assessment rolls from 1896 and 1902.

The collection consists of brief typewritten histories of Langley, B.C. and area churches, including Derby Church (Anglican), St. George's Anglican Church, Church of the Redeemer, and St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church [1977], a pamphlet on Reverend William Burton Crickmer, pioneer minister at Derby, B.C. in 1859 and Yale, B.C. in 1860, and a 1968 register of people who attended Fort Langley churches prior to 1910, with signatures, names, and dates of church attendance.

Hope, Chairman of the Langley Centennial Committee, on Sunday, April 27th, 1958, the "Centennial Day of Prayer". Collection also includes 3 promotional postcards outlining the history of Fort Langley, each in their original commemorative envelopes post-marked at Fort Langley, B.C., May 8th, 1958.
