Hall (1921). A manuscript annotation on the verso of the booklet reads "Exhibit No. 1 Hall vs. Lane, June 28/22, A. Forrester, Re[g]."

Many of the plans were received from these two firms. The collection includes plans of Canadian Pacific Princess and Empress ships.

Fonds includes plans for naval vessels (Royal Navy and Royal Canadian Navy), steamers, cruise ships, ferries, barges, lifeboats, and tankers. Fonds includes photographs of Royal Navy and Royal Canadian Navy ships, Yarrows displays and float, visits to the Yard by dignitaries, and designs for certain parts of vessels.

The files gather much of what was written or published about the Columbia River Treaty between 1944 and 1968, and provide a unique chronology of the activities and strategies used to oppose it.

The collection is arranged in five primary research subjects: Pulp and Paper Mills, Toxicolocy, Victoria Sewage, Coast and Island Mines, and Regional Collections. Each subject is divided into case studies. Within each case study, documents are arranged in alphabetical order by author.
