The files are arranged by subject within an overall numeric classification scheme. There are three general sequences of files in this series, with some overlap in dates and variations in the classification scheme: 1963-1965, 1966-1968, and 1969-1971. Series includes plans of Chinatown consistent with, but somewhat earlier than, the corresponding sheets in the 1903-1909 set of fire insurance plans (F0006). The plans provide lot numbers as well as street addresses and descriptions of building use. Also included are photographs of the interior and exterior of buildings on Store and Fisgard Streets
