The Chilton family photograph album contains photographs depicting family members, friends, community and family events, and military personnel and ships. Photographs show scenes of Steveston, North Vancouver, Peachland, Vancouver and various holiday locations. Steveston photographs include buildings, street scenes, boats, wharves, canneries, and individuals and community gatherings. Among the Steveston buildings depicted are the Post Office, Japanese Church, the Japanese Hospital and Japanese School.

Fonds consists of photographs of various Richmond sports teams for which Harry Minns acted as coach or trainer, as well as a certificate recognizing his achievement with the Richmond Youth Soccer Association. Teams represented include: Thompson Junior Tillies softball team, Richmond Sockeyes hockey team, MacDonald and Eedy Hornets hockey team, Island Glass lacrosse team, Richmond Junior Farmers lacrosse team, Fox Realty lacrosse team, Seafair United soccer team, Teamsters soccer team, Richmond Legion soccer team, and others. Records are arranged in two series: 1. Hockey photographs; 2. Soccer, lacrosse and softball records.

These records of the Grauer's expropriation litigation document the procedures required for this complex and lengthy legal case. Collection is arranged in 8 series: 1. "Immigration and Identity" Latin American women's oral history project collection

This collection consists of the oral histories of 25 women who were born in Latin American countries and have settled in British Columbia's Lower Mainland since the 1970's. It includes 33 original sound cassettes and one set of copies of the interviews, 25 Spanish transcripts, 25 English transcripts, interviewee consent forms, and a 31-page coil-bound booklet which describes the project and provides brief biographies.

Fonds includes records of the Richmond Agricultural and Industrial Society which relate to gaming activities as part of the Steveston Salmon Festival. Records arranged in series according to form of material or sphere of functional activity. Records for 1994 accrual grouped roughly according to form or activity, but with little formal arrangement.

Steveston Baptist Sunday School fonds

The series consists of a pre-printed minute book which contains the handwritten minutes of the Steveston Baptist Sunday School in the front, while the back of the minute book contains financial ledgers. The front page of the minute book has the inscription "Walter H. Steves, Secretary Treasurer, Steveston Baptist Sunday School, Steveston, B.C., November 9, 1989". Walter H. Steves was the brother to William H. Steves, a pioneer of Steveston.
The minute book spans the entire organizational life of the Steveston Baptist Sunday School. Given the nature of the documentation and the organization, it is likely to be the only record produced which documents the school's activity.
