The fonds consists of three series of records arranged by function and medium. They are as follows: family photographs, collected prints and Victoria Day Celebration Souvenir programme. The family photographs document the family at their home at 1206 Beach Drive, scenes of boating and fishing, trips and various scenes of Greater Victoria. The collected photographs depict various aspects of British Columbia including the Rocky Mountains, northern British Columbia, sealing expeditions, the opening of the Parliament Buildings, and various other scenes of early Victoria.

Elspeth Beckett, to include newspaper clippings of the obituaries of Roger and William.
