The chronology is extremely broken covering 1910 to 1913 and 1923 to 1928. The 1923-1928 volume also contains some information about the daily accounts of the Police Court.
Records for 1880-1881 are located in a volume that was later used for a scrapbook; some of them are obscured accordingly. Provides the name of the offender, the nature of the offense, and the fine. See CRS 239 located at 14 E 1-1, pp. 2-12
Victoria (B.C.). Police CourtSeries consists of a bound volume documenting City owned properties and their assessed value. These assessments were used as the basis of insuring City-owned property. Data elements include the item number, name of property, location or legal description, type of construction, risk number, and value of building and contents.
Series is arranged in three year blocks : 1940-1942; 1943-1945; 1946-1948; and 1949-1951.

The textual material consists of a magazine clipping showing Fletcher Bros. store; the death certificate of James Henry Fletcher; a letter from CJVI to Walter Fletcher on the station's 60th anniversary; and ephemera.
