London Hill Development and Mining CompanyThe fonds consists of the records of the Lytton and District Board of Trade for 1969. Includes correspondence, to and from the Board and the Minister of Lands and Forests in regards to the extension of timber rights for a local logging operation and mill, the Spatsum Lumber Company. Accompanying the correspondence is a copy of the official petition sent to the Minister, listing the signatures and occupations of all local residents in favour of this action. The letters and petition were the outcome of a severe economic downturn, in that if the local lumber mill was not recognized as an 'established licensee' and allotted crown timber rights, it could no longer survive.
Lytton and District Board of TradeThe fonds consists of copies of government reports, minutes of meetings, notes of conversations with several fellow lobbyists including General McNaughton and Paul Martin, and correspondence received in response to his articles. The files gather much of what was written or published about the Columbia River Treaty between 1944 and 1968, and provide a unique chronology of the activities and strategies used to oppose it.

The fonds includes photographs that detail the operations of the Boundary Bay oyster plant. The fonds also includes personal records that belong to John and Grace Christopherson, including correspondence, a travel diary, and memorabilia that relate to their social activities in Delta.
