Grant's Litho and PrintingSeries consists of the field notes, theses, and reports created by Ernie Taylor in the course of his university education at the University of British Columbia, and work as a wildlife biologist and game manager in British Columbia. The series includes copies of Mr. Taylor's Bachelor of Arts thesis and Master of Arts thesis on pheasants in the Lower Fraser Valley, which were submitted to the Department of Zoology, UBC, in 1948 and 1950. The reports included in this series, many including his work done on pheasants, were written by Mr. Taylor as an employee with the B.C. Game Commission, 1950 to 1965. The series also includes a report on wildlife and recreation in Delta written by Mr. Taylor for the Canadian Wildlife Service in 1970.

Many of the photographs are of Edith's family in England, as well as photographs of the farm in Delta Manor and vacations in Canada. An album belonging to Ernie Goubault, who lived with the Currans, contains scenes of Ladner and the farm. Of special interest are Edith Curran's cash and ledger books which provide uninterrupted detail about farming activities and household expenses for a period of 40 years (1931 to 1972).

Kinsmen Club of Ladner-TsawwassenSeries consists of log books recording the daily operation of tug boats used in the B.C. Packers' oyster operation, mainly the M.V. East Delta, M.V. E.F.N., Togo No. 1, and M.V. Jervis Queen. Major contents include destination and time on each course, weather conditions and nature of work. The boats were largely used to tow scows loaded with oysters tot eh plant in Delta, and to position empty scows over the oyster beds. At low tide the empty scows would land near the beds to which the workers would walk and harvest the oysters. Full scows were then floated back to the plant. The "East Delta" was used by Mr. Christoperhson to travel to other oyster operations, and became a second home for John and Grace after the closure of the plant in Boundary Bay.
Series consists of records gathered by Eva Muir when she was an executive member of the Ladner Dugout Committee, Delta Branch Canadian Red Cross Society, and Ladner United Church. Series also included items where were collected by Eva Muir for interest.
Muir, EvaSeries consists of diaries written by Mr. Christopherson to record the daily total hours worked by himself and employees of the Boundary Bay plant, the amount of product processed, weather, and work done to manage the oyster beds. The diaries also record Mr. Christopherson's trips to other osyter operations at Comox, Pendrell Sounds, Ladysmith Harbour, among others.
