The collection consists of records of Lim Yat, records of Honoria Mary Lefevre, photographs of Spring Ridge Housing Cooperative (Fernwood) employees, photographs of demolished buildings, a pharmacist's journal, business cards, miscellaneous photographs, Greater Victoria street maps and a Canadian Customs pamphlet. Records of Lim Yat consist of architectural sketches, a photograph of 1619-1629 Store Street, and Provincial Exhibition diploma and map. Records of Honoria May Lefevre consist of a scrapbook and photographs documenting her singing engagements. Demolished buildings photographs document houses on Bee Street and Foul Bay Road where the Oak Bay Recreation Centre now stands. The pharmacist journal is of unknown provenance and consists of a list of customer names and their prescriptions. Miscellaneous photographs consist of images of the Gorge, a delivery truck and the Pied Pipers musical group.

Miscellaneous records consist of business cards, newspaper clippings and other ephemera collected by the Monteith family. Books consists of histories of St. Michael's University School and the Union Club of British Columbia.
