Within the fonds there are versions of the manuscript; various essays written by Donald Waite about British Columbian history; photocopies of photographs of persons connected to Langley; a bound copy of the 1937 thesis by John Edgar Gibbard entitled Early History of the Lower Fraser Valley; and research notes which include transcriptions of vital records from parish registers, genealogies for families connected to Langley, and correspondence to and from Donald Waite regarding the research and writing of The Langley Story.
