The collection consists of textual, cartographic and graphic records resulting from the historical research of Graham Everett. Includes a copy of the Colonial Settlers Records from 1852-1871, copied from the B.C. Archives; sketches from Harper's Weekly, the London Illustrated News and the Illustrated B.C. News (1858-1888), newspaper articles dealing with Chinese history; copied maps and diagrams of Lytton and area; 162 photographs (1858-1984) including local natives, Alphonse Hautier, Globe Hotel, Indian placer mines, St. George's Indian Residential School, and railroad scenes. There is also one copy of the first newspaper published in Victoria in the Chinese language, 1858, one locally hand-done native poster, and Boy Scouts of Canada charter for St. George's Indian Residential School.
Fonds consists of one Certificate of Indefeasible Title (October 12, 1928), an indenture between Catherine Marie Carlin and the trustees (August 31, 1928) defining the rights and duties of the trustees of the property, and one plan of the property surveyed by William Hallam (April, 1928).

Published material, such as Writings Mourning the Death of Sun Yat-sen, and Government by All the People which was translated into Chinese, is part of this fonds.The fonds consists of two series: Records on Nationalist Party Affairs, and Published Material.
Chinese Nationalist League. New Westminister BranchFonds consists of images of the 1960 fire that razed most of Chinatown. June Leahy, who took all the colour slides, used one of the earliest SLR Pentax cameras while Bill Leahy, who took most of the black and white photographs, used a Leica camera. The photographs of the day after the fire were taken by June. The Leahys were friends with RCMP Staff Sergeant Earle Sarsiat who notified Bill Leahy of the fire; the Leahys were on site soon after the fire was reported.
Leahy, June, 1917-The fonds consists predominantly of reprinted images of photographs taken in the 1930s and 1940s. Subjects include the Civic Arena, May Day Parade, Roller Rink, locomotives, Central Sports Grounds and Jung at various activities.
