The fonds consists of photographs, negatives and correspondence. The fonds is arranged in three series.
Meeres Photographic and Art StudioSeries consists of letters, photographs, and greeting cards, envelopes, and one postage stamp sent from Helen Waugh to Lawrence Broe between 1938 and 1947.
Lawrence Broe is referred to as "Larry" throughout the records in this series.

Broe, LawrenceCollection was developed by the Rev. John Goodfellow, an amateur church historian who also served on the BC Conference Archives and Historical Committee from 1925 to 1950. He collected information from various sources about the early history of the United Church and its founding partners (Congregational, Methodist, and Presbyterian churches) in British Columbia. Collection consists of the following series: Biographical files; Congregational files; Subject files; and Photographs.
United Church of Canada. Pacific Mountain Region. ArchivesThis subseries consists of nursing annuals (yearbooks) given to nursing students at their graduation. The annuals include lists of graduating students and their photographs, as well as other information about the school year. Additionally, the subseries includes two reunion books for the graduating classes of 1957 and 1958.
The fonds consists predominantly of administrative and operational records of the Ladies Auxiliary to RLC Branch 150, and includes minutes (1937-1988), annual reports (1954-1988), financial records (1964-1988), and correspondence. It also includes ephemeral materials and the Ladies Auxiliary guest book and events diary.

Gordon PriestmanThe fonds consists of material relating to the personal life of Anne Sotvedt and her husband Henry, a professional ski jumper and ski store owner. They were both actively involved in skiing, ski clubs, and early ski competitions in West Vancouver. The material includes programs from competitions, newspapers clippings, ski club newsletters, pamphlets, brochures, sporting goods catalogues, and photographs.

This series consists of assorted materials collected for reference purposes by the Riverview Hospital Historical Society and originally acted as a reference library when the Society ran its museum. It contains publications, clipped articles, studies, DVDs, transcripts, and pamphlets. In addition to its reference collection, the series contains a subseries of the scholarly communications and theses arising from research undertaken at Riverview Hospital. Many publications are originals; however this series also consists of copies of articles.

This subseries contains miscellaneous reference materials that were not related to scholarly communications or public relations materials. It was originally a division in the museum library collection. Record types include guides, assorted journal articles and reports, newspaper articles, and best practices.
The fonds consists of minutes of the association from 1932 to 1974. The minutes document the decisions and activities of the association including elections, rules for competitions, organizing dances, fundraisers, competitions, and the annual gatherings. Minutes for March 1935 to early January, 1939 are missing.

The fonds consists of minutes of meetings of the Caulfeild Property Owners and Ratepayers Association and correspondence, petitions, and notes regarding issues affecting the Caulfeild area of West Vancouver.
