The collection consists of material accumulated by the Coquitlam Heritage Society over the course of its existence. The collection includes the following: records related to Fraser Mills (later the Canadian Western Lumber Company, then Crown Zellerbach) including ledger books, journals, statements, photographs, and various other records; records related to the lumber industry in Coquitlam; photographs of historic Coquitlam; glass plate negatives by W.J. Moore and Richard Broadridge; material related to the administration of the Coquitlam Heritage Society itself; and miscellaneous records related to Coquitlam's history

The fonds consists of several photographs including two class portraits from Our Lady of Fatima School (Grade 4 French from 1959-1960 and Grade 6 French from 1961-1962); a baseball team photograph of the SO Coquitlam Allstars from 1963; and a photograph of Fernand and Julienne Filiatrault with Father Gérard Leduc and Father Denomee Trenomme from Lady of Fatima Church.

The fonds consists of records created and acquired by the Northeast Coquitlam Ratepayers Association in the course of its lobbying activities. It includes the Association's constitution and bylaws, minutes, incoming and outgoing correspondence, financial reports, membership lists, aggregated newspaper clippings, and annotated records of other bodies (especially the City of Coquitlam).

The collection consists largely of research materials and notes created in the preparation of Boire's book "With Hearts and Minds" published in 2016. The remainder of the collection consists of materials collected by Boire from Caisse Populaire Maillardville Credit Union, as well as accumulated material pertaining to Boire's involvement in several community initiatives, such as the Maillardville Residents' Association, Maillardville revitalization and planning, and Place Maillardville.

The collection consists of three panoramic photographs. One photograph shows the congregation of Our Lady of Fatima (Notre Dame de Fatima) gathered around the travelling statue of Our Lady of the Cape (Notre Dame du Cap) in 1950. The second photograph shows the congregation of Our Lady of Fatima posed in front of the Church after its construction in 1959. This photograph is assumed to have been taken either in the year of construction or sometime in the early 1960s. The third photograph shows the congregation of Our Lady of Lourdes (Notre Dame de Lourdes) gathered in front of the church with the statue of Our Lady of the Cape (Notre Dame du Cap) on December 17th, 1950.

The fonds consists of Board of Directors annual reports from 1998 to 2006 (note that 2002 is missing) as well as one scrapbook containing photographs, programs, and news clippings related to club members taken and collected between 1963 and 1980.

The fonds consists of colour photographic prints and negatives depicting the stables, barns, houses, and roads around Minnekhada. They were taken in 1998 as part of a university project by the photographer/donor.

The collection consists of 8 photographs related to the Fenton Family and Fraser Mills. The photographs depict the mill site as well as social gatherings of Fraser Mills employees (dinners and golf tournaments). The collection also includes two advertising posters produced by the Canadian Western Lumber Company Limited and Crown Zellerbach. Finally, the collection includes a Crown Zellerbach patch/label and 6 sets of construction plans for wooden boats that would have been produced using wood sourced from Fraser Mills.

The fonds consists of photographs (prints and negatives), as well as textual material produced or accumulated by Craig Hodge as part of his various functions. Series 01 includes photographs and textual material accumulated as part of his duties on the Pioneer Tales Book Committee, which produced "Coquitlam 100 Years: Reflections of the Past" in 1991. Series 02 includes photographs taken by Hodge during the opening ceremonies of the BC Summer Games in 1991. Series 03 includes photographs taken by Hodge in his capacity as staff photographer for the Columbian Newspaper in 1979.

The fonds consists of the operational records of the Eagle Ridge Residents' Association from its foundation in 1981 until 2003.

The fonds consists of 7 b&w photographs depicting Westwood Racetrack during the late 1950s and early 1960s. The earlier photographs depict the Mud Runs that took place in 1959, prior to the track being paved. The photographs mainly feature Geoffrey Hortin as driver, however, one photograph shows Margaret Hortin leading the pack in a 'Powder Puff' race on September 11th, 1960.

The fonds consists of approx. 100,000 photographs (b&w and colour negatives) and contact sheets taken by photographer Paul VanPeenen between August 1991 and December 2001 for the Coquitlam NOW.
